SCHOOL YEARS

Always knew I wanted to add value and improve the lives of persons I interacted with and make their lives a lot easier.
Chose the field of Industrial Engineering and pursued a first degree at the University of the West Indies – St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. Loved the field so much that after a few years of hands-on experience, I went to the Rochester Institute of Technology to pursue a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

EARLY CAREER

Due to my thirst for knowledge I gained most of my experience learning all the systems and processes within the companies that I was employed, getting dirty and interacting with team members. As a result, within a short time I was sent to any area where there was a bottleneck to remove the waste and improve efficiencies.

LEADERSHIP

Often in a leadership role. Within 1 year of leaving college with my 1st degree I headed the Business Improvement Unit for an international conglomerate and measured and facilitated improvement initiatives companywide. I now head an organisation, seek collaborations, lead teams and initiatives that lead to national improvement and growth.

MID CAREER

Developed a love and the insatiable desire for knowledge gathering and transfer and honed the skills of training and facilitating teams towards process and organisational improvement and growth.

COMMITMENT

My high school sweetheart now husband together for over 25 years our union has produced two vivacious human beings who call me mom. I have a strong commitment to providing the best results to who I serve 100%!
