This Is What I Do
When I work with a team or an organization, I start by focusing on who they serve, and what their required outcomes are. This is the discovery phase of my Operational Resilience Program that creates the foundation for me to reverse engineer a plan of action to achieve those outcomes. Using data as the fuel, my program not only uncovers gaps but also identifies strengths, gifts, talents, values, and passions within the team or organization.
Phase two dives deep into granular information concerning specific elements that will ensure operational resiliency. The information gathered is then used to craft a tailored solution. Once phases one and two have been outlined clearly, and bespoke plans have been created, phase three is centered on acting and implementing the solutions. Online Coaching Program
The program starts with module 1, where we will be able to confirm that you are in the right place to manage inefficiencies across your organization and respond to regulatory/stakeholder requirements confidently. That will be followed by a review of my qualifications to coach in Operations Resilience, the coaching process, and how you will have access to me. The course tour will help you develop an understanding of the program components, duration, expectations, and how to use the program with reference to its specific structures, modules, and sections. You will also receive video and guided material to support your learning and give you a clear picture of how Operational Resilience works and how it is broken down in module 2. Over the next few lessons,
the moving parts of Operational Resilience will be outlined, and you will be able to list the key practical/reliable reasons for your organization.
