This Is What I Do
When I work with a team or an organization, I start by focusing on who they serve, and what their required outcomes are. This is the discovery phase of my Operational Resilience Program that creates the foundation for me to reverse engineer a plan of action to achieve those outcomes. Using data as the fuel, my program not only uncovers gaps but also identifies strengths, gifts, talents, values, and passions within the team or organization.
Phase two dives deep into granular information concerning specific elements that will ensure operational resiliency. The information gathered is then used to craft a tailored solution. Once phases one and two have been outlined clearly, and bespoke plans have been created, phase three is centered on acting and implementing the solutions.
